Funded through First 5 Riverside, Prop 10, Injury Prevention Services is supporting the establishment of Fitting Stations throughout Riverside County. Fitting Stations are car seat checkup events that are held the same day, the same time and at the same location every month or every week. The benefit of holding fitting stations is that the community will begin to become accustomed to the event, and the need for advertising will decrease.
Injury Prevention Services provides agencies with a planning guide, materials including checklists, clipboards, noodles, gripper liner, and car seats for replacement purposes. We will even send out additional technicians if needed. |
