Riverside County Injury Prevention Services has joined forces with local law enforcement agencies throughout Riverside County to provide Car seat Education Patrols (CSEP). The CSEP patrols consist of one law enforcement officer and one child passenger safety technician who work together to identify adults and their children who are in violation of the child passenger safety law, and to educate them on the importance of proper seat belt and child safety seat use.
